The Orlando Ballet presents visions of Sugarplum fairies, the Cavalier, Snow King, and much more as the company rings in the holiday season with its annual presentation of The Nutcracker. With sparkling sets and costumes and stunning choreography, accompanied by Tchaikovsky's beautiful score, this enchanting production is sure to set the perfect tone for your Yuletide festivities!
What is the story?
It's Christmas Eve, and all through the house... Well, you know how the poem goes. But this very special Christmas night, little Clara is awake and amazed! The Nutcracker she'd received earlier that day has come to life before her very eyes. Together they journey to the fabled Land of Sweets, battle the fearsome Mouse King and dance with the enchanting Sugar Plum Fairy.
