85 South

Until August 18, 2019

From auspicious beginnings in Steve Harvey's very own studio, the 85 South Comedy Show made their way onto the podcast scene with the tagline 'a podcast for people who know what a podcast is'. Legend has it, the rib-tickling trio behind the show (namely Atlanta actors and comedians DC Young Fly, Karlous Miller and Clayton English) were unceremoniously kicked out of the aforementioned studio, but stuck to their guns and carved a niche by bringing the freshest comedic talent from the South onto their platform to perform free-styles, stand-up routines and hilarious audio sketches.

As the eponymous brothers of My Brother, My Brother and Me, Travis, Justin and Griffen McElroy have spent the better part of the last decade entertaining fans with their unique brand of advice and now they're taking the gig on the road! With previously questions including topics as far apart as how to deal with shitty friends to the phobia of having Batman smash your head into the mirror whilst you're using the bathroom, the brothers muddle their way through with heartfelt and hilarious results.

Amongst his many accolades, Alejandro Sanz is one of the most commercially successful Spanish singers of all time thanks to his prolific outpouring of smash hit romantic ballads during the 1990s. Expanding from a home grown icon to an internationally-recognised latin music phenomenon, mainstream triumph came calling with the release of his 1997 breakthrough album Mas, catapulting the heartthrob into constant world tours and collaborations with the likes of Shakira and Alicia Keys.

Canadian-American sleight-of-hand wizard Shin Lim is *the* up and coming rock star magician of the alternative entertainment world. Born in Vancouver and raised in both Singapore and Massachusetts, Lim showed early promise in music, but his true passion was sparked when his older brother Li showed him a simple card trick. An obsession quickly became a career path when Li chose his love for cards over classical piano in 2011. Seven years later, his gamble paid off and he rose to national as the winner of the 2018 season of America's Got Talent.

When it comes to rock, there aren't many greater names than Deep Purple. The British group formed in 1968, and have been bursting eardrums ever since. Alongside fellow Brits Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath they practically defined what we now call 'hard rock' with albums like Machinehead and tracks including 'Smoke on the Water'. Now in 2019, they're on the road to tour their Long Goodbye tour. That's right, another iconic rock band are bidding farewell! Catch them live - while you still can!
